How it works here are some examples:

If you booked through AirBnB, Vrbo, Trulia, Apartments.com, Expedia or any other website they will charge you around 14% to 35% in administration fees and higher price per night.

 If you book 1 month or more thru us we don't charge these fees, our price is locked in a fixed price, this is because we own and administrate our properties, that's an advantage for you. 

For Example:

Booking through AirBNB: Rate per night $ 75 if you book 3 nights, you end up paying $ 103 per nights a total of $ 309.   (Rate per night might be more, Occupancy Taxes & Administration fees)

Another Example:

Booking through AirBNB and other Co: If you Book 30 nights Average Rate per night $ 85, would be $ 2,550 +  14% administration fees + 14% Occupancy tax = A total stay cost of $ 3,264 (Rate per night might be more, Occupancy Taxes & Administration fees)
