Requirements & Process
Before you apply for Residential houses, Apartment or Shared Room and before you see the property, please consider the following:
Please answer this questions:
If you have not committed a felony or eviction for the last 10 years you can qualify.
Minimum 620 credit score to qualify. If your credit is below 620 you can still qualify (Ask management about this)
For houses - Monthly income should be 2.5 X greater than the monthly rent. Ex. Monthly Rent $2,249 then your Monthly Income $ 5,622 or more.
3b. For Shared houses - Monthly income should be 1.75 X greater than the monthly rent. Ex. Monthly Rent $1,295 then your Monthly Income $ 2,266 or more.
3c. If a Housing Program like Section 8 is paying the whole rent No need income verification.
Once Qualified you need Security Deposit & First month.
No Pet Allow – Cats or Dogs can be Outside.
Rental History - We need Previous Landlords opinion, email, phone & address (If you are an owner we skip this, just need proof of ownership)
Once you answer these questions go ahead and Apply:
II. Please. Fill out the Tenant Rental Application. provide a valid photo I.D.
Rental Application easier way: send me your email I'll send you the Rental Application that you can easily file and sign from your phone or computer and send it automatically back to us.

Once we verify your Rental Application including the Current or previous landlord opinion and everything is good go ahead and request your Screening Reports.
Where to apply for Screening & Credit Reports (Cost - Around $49) :
When the time comes to do your Screening report send a text and email to us, so we can send you an invitation to apply for screening reports.
(You will need to file the Rental Application to request Screening & Credit Report)
No need to pay Rent or Security deposit until here. Also you will be able to see the house inside and meet the management face to face before you sign the lease agreement and pay.
Once Completed let me know by texting to: 515-994-0071 and wait for Management approval then go ahead and move-in, Sign the Lease agreement and Pay. (Rent & Security Deposit) and move in. All this can happen the same day.
Notes to Prospect and turns.
Send all document like photo ID, W-2, 1099, Bank Statements, etc... to: 1rentingproperties@gmail.com. You have only few days, to submit the paperwork, and documents, if we don't received all the documents in a reasonable time frame (1 to 4 days), we'll move to next Tenant in turn.
