Nice cozy Apartment with 2 Bedroom with a queen bed in each bedroom, the owners take care of this apartment with affection.   AC Split unit in each bedroom, you can cool the whole apartment with these 2 AC Units.

Details

All in the apartment is new, appliances, beds, kitchen, kitchen cabinets, shower tiles and faucets.  Notice the apartment is in 2nd floor 

Mirror everywhere in the bedroom so you can see everywhere.  Windows in each corner of the apartment for ventilation if needed. 

Big nice Gazebo and balcony area 20 x 30 = 600 sqft just in balcony, which you can use as a outdoor dinner space, chairs and table provided,  you can eat, play games or relax.  The apartment is at the second floor of the building. 

Two Smarts TV's Bluetooth Speaker, Washer and dryer also provided.

Check-in 3pm  check-out at 11am 

All early check-in request will be a $20 charge.

Access

Access to the apartment is in the back of Plaza Norte Office Building, rear Stairs way, 2nd floor.  

Guess Access 

Parking lot in the building premises, there are 18 parking in total. you can park in any of those, if the parking are full you can park in the street with no problem.  No Parking penalties in this area. Is a combination of Commercial and residential with no restricted parking.

Beach is 2 blocks from the apartment, can be accessed going walking, bike or car.  Please take care crossing the street with bike there aren't bike lanes in this area.   Waking distance 12 Min., Bike - 4 min. , in car 2 min.

Neighborhood Description

A nice neighborhood, Residential in the back and Commercial in Front, commercial near including malls, restaurant and groceries.  2 block away from the beach less than a 1 minute in car.

First Floor you have: Modo Optico - eye Care, Afro Studio - styling & hair Salon. 

Waking Distance:  Levittown Beach, Dentist, MacDonalds, Burger King, Shell, Plaza Davindson - ice cream, Chinese Restaurant, Texaco, Groseries Store, Econo. Car Distance : less than 4 minutes

Beaches at 2 Block

1.  Isla De Cabras  beach cristal clear water, a lot of fish, a sunken Boat close  with a lot of fish for who like to dive. 

2. Punta Salidas Balneario - Is a  Gourgeous Beach Bay with potable water and bathrooms

3. Mi Sitio Beach. 

4. All The coast From Levittown to Dorado, Gourgeous Coast Nature all between Levittown and Dorado.

Parking

Parking is all around the building there are 18 parking if not you can park any side of the side walk near or in the neighborhood with out getting a parking infraction.

Info for Guest

Notice is small shower area, only one person will fix in the shower.   In order to have warm water in the shower you need to turn on the red switch ON  in the wall next to the Washing Machine and the medicine Cabinet. 

Note que la ducha es pequeña y solo una persona cabe en ella.  Para que puedas tener agua caliente en la ducha tienes que prender el switch que esta en la pared al lado de la lavadora y el botiquin.

The Gazebo is shared with the other office next to you but almost always is empty.

TV's Control are inside the drawers of the night bedroom night tables. 

Gas Stove provided with 2 gas tank, if for any reason you run out of gas you will need to install the 2nd gas tank that is on the bedroom #1 inside the closet.  Is easy to install.

The zone -  front building  is commercial and  residential at the back.  

The apartment is located at the rear area of the building where is a residential area which is more quiet.

Potential for noise

Guests can expect to hear some noise during their stay. Example: traffic, construction, nearby businesses.

Because is Levittown area is a busy and a little noisy if you are not used to.
